铁镓材料磁致伸缩换能器的结构设计与优化

     

摘要

Introduction was made to a new kind of double-rod magnetostrictive transducer. Analysis was made to the structure parameters which influenced on the device magnetic field distribution. According to the simulation analysis, the selected magnetizer material was finally de-termined as a silicon steel sheet with a thickness of 10 mm, and the diameter of the magnetostrictive rod was 10mm. Aiming at the optimization of the transducer structure, this paper designed a friendly and simplified user interface to provide convenience for calculation and analysis in the future.%介绍了一种新型双棒结构的磁致伸缩换能器,分析了影响装置磁场分布的结构参数的大小。根据仿真分析,确定选择导磁体的材料为硅钢片,厚度为10 mm,磁致伸缩棒的直径为10 mm,并针对换能器的结构优化,设计了界面友好、简化的用户操作界面,为日后的计算分析提供了方便。
