用户接入工程费用量化建模研究

摘要

Aiming at the situation that the estimation in China’s power project cost is usually lack of relatively advanced systematic methods to implement at present, this paper analyzed the current situation of users’ access project in our country. Introduction was made to a set of perfect, reasonable and scientiifc method of users’ access project cost. Through cluster analysis, the optimal cost model is sought to improve the accuracy of the model. The calculation results of the case example indicate its practical value and can be used in the estimation of the cost of other power projects.%针对我国目前电力工程造价预估缺乏比较系统的先进方法，分析了我国目前用户接入工程现状，介绍了一套完善、合理、科学的用户接入工程造价费用的量化方法。通过聚类分析，寻找最优费用量化模型，提高模型准确性，算例计算结果表明了其实用价值，可被运用于其他电力工程造价的预估之中。
