配电网能效管理系统设计及应用

摘要

In allusion to the characteristics of distribution network and the managerial demands of power supply enterprise, this paper pro-posed the designing scheme of distribution network energy efifciency management which concentrated on energy consumption monitoring, diagnosis, management and planning evaluation. Introduction was made to the network architecture and the software architecture. This system comprehensively realized energy efifciency analysis, energy efifciency diagnosis, energy efifciency management and energy conservation sug-gestion about transformation and strategy evaluation etc service functions of distribution network from multi- dimensionality of power network equipment, technology and management. Practical application shows that this system realizes energy-saving services informatization, reinforces energy efifciency data monitoring and carries out energy efifciency equipment management effectively.%针对配电网的特点及供电企业管理需要，提出了集能耗监测、诊断、治理、规划评估于一体的配电网能效管理系统设计方案。介绍了系统的网络架构、软件架构，从电网设备、技术、管理多个维度全方位实现配电网的能效分析、能效诊断、能效治理、节能改造建议及策略评估等服务功能，实际应用表明，该系统实现了节能服务信息化，加强了能效数据监测，有效规范了能效设备管理。
