针对现阶段建筑能效管理缺乏系统性设计和可用性差等问题,重点从通信技术、建筑能耗全面监测和统计、建筑能耗自动调节技术、与分布式能源互动应用以及与需求侧管理平台互动等方面展开了研究,设计了一种基于高级量测技术的建筑能效管理服务系统.最后通过工程实例,重点对空调控制效果进行检验,表明该建筑能效管理服务系统设计方案合理、有效,技术可行,能显著提高用能系统经济运行能力,同时能满足快速设计、快速施工、简化运维、高兼容性、易扩展的要求.%According to current situation of building energy efficiency management which lacks systematic design and has poor usability,this paper focus on the communication technology,comprehensive monitoring and statistics of building energy consumption,building energy consumption automatic regulation technology,interactive applications with distributed energy,and interaction with demand side management platform,etc.Then a building energy efficiency management and service system are designed based on the advanced metering technology.The system function is verified through project practice,and specifically focuses on the effect of air condition control.It shows that the design of the building energy efficiency management and service system is reasonable,effective and feasible.It can significantly improve the operational capacity of the system,and meet the requirements of the rapid design and construction,with simplified operation and maintenance,high compatibility and easy extensibility.
