电镀废水对环境的危害极大.传统的电镀废水处理方法存在一定的局限性.本工艺从源头控制,采用三级闭路循环,建立科学的计算机语言程序模型,调试至最佳工艺参数.三级槽溶液通过反渗透装置进行浓缩,浓水可回收至一二级槽,淡水可补充至纯水槽使用,一级槽达到90%原溶液浓度可进行倒槽,全过程不产生废液,所有漂洗水(除蒸发)全部回用,仅消耗部分纯水和能源,解决了电镀漂洗水的经济和环保问题.%Electroplating wastewater is extremely harmful to ecological environment.The traditional electroplating wastewater treatment methods have some limitations.This process adopts three level closed cycle,and establish a scientific model of computer language program,debugging to the optimum process parameters from the source control.The solution in three level tank was concentrated through reverse osmosis device,and the concentrated water can be recycled back to one or two level tank.The fresh water can be added to the pure tank,and up to 90% of the original solution can be inverted.This process does not produce waste solution,all rinse water (except evaporation) was recovered and reused,consuming very little pure water and energy,and solving the problem of economic and environmental protection of electroplating rinse water.
