非软熔锡板上镀锡层的晶体织构与其保护性能的关系

     

摘要

给出了非软熔锡板上薄镀锡层(0.3 μm或每面2.19 g/m2)的定性及定量织构分析结果.锡板上锌镀层的晶体织构具有(101)和(100)沿轴取向、垂直于表面及任意组成等特征.在沉积过程中,主轴(101)分量的定量特征变化取决于电流密度.影响镀锡层保护性能的主要因素之一是其中(101)轴向理想织构的形成.通过形成最优的镀锡层晶体织构,可以提高非软熔锡板的质量.%The results of qualitative and quantitative texture analysis of thin (0.3 μm or 2.19 g/m2 per side)electrochemical tin coatings on non-reflown tinplate are shown.It was found that the crystallographic texture of electrochemical tin coatings on tinplate can be described by the two axial orientations (101)[hkl] and (100)[hkl],perpendicular to the surface,and by a random component.Features of changes of quantitative characteristics of the main axial component (101)[hkl] of tin texture depending on current density during the deposition were found.It was shown that one of the major factors influencing protective ability of electrochemical tin coatings on tinplate is the formation of perfect axial texture (101)[hkl] in their layers.The possibility of the enhancement of quality ofnon-reflown tinplate by the formation of optimal crystallographic texture of tin coatings was demonstrated.
