聚酯丙烯酸杂化多元醇水分散体的制备

         

摘要

A polyester-acrylic hybrid resin was prepared by polycondensation of hydroxy acrylic resin, neopentyl glycol, trimethylolpropane, adipic acid and a new hydrophilic monomer, which is synthesized from polycondensation of sodium 5-sulfoisophthalate and neopentyl glycol, and its aqueous dispersoid was obtained by dispersing the polyesteracrylic hybrid resin with water. The effects of reaction temperature as well as the glass transition temperature (Tg) and dosage of the hydroxy acrylic resin on the performance of the hybrid polyol aqueous dispersoid and the corresponding coatings were studied. Results showed that the appropriate hybrid reaction temperature is 220-230 ℃. The aqueous dispersoid and the corresponding coating have good performance by using 25-30wt% acrylic resin whose Tgis 30-40 ℃.%以间苯二甲酸-5-磺酸钠(5-SSIPA)与新戊二醇缩聚,制备亲水性中间体.用该中间体与羟基丙烯酸树脂、新戊二醇、三羟甲基丙烷和己二酸进一步缩聚,制得聚酯丙烯酸杂化树脂,加水分散后得其水分散体.研究了反应温度、羟基丙烯酸树脂的玻璃化温度及含量对杂化多元醇水分散体及其相应涂膜性能的影响.结果发现,适宜的杂化反应温度为220~230℃;当丙烯酸树脂玻璃化温度为30~40℃、质量分数为25%~30%时,所制备的水分散体及相应涂膜的性能较好.
