电镀硬铬槽液冷却系统的设计

     

摘要

The control of electrolyte temperature is veryrnimportant for hard chrome plating. A set of electrolyterncooling system for chromium plating was designed. Thernmain working principle for the cooling system is to start andrnstop the cooling water through combination of a centrifugalrnpump and a check valve, and the exchanged hot water coolsrnnaturally when flowing through a water tower. Taking anrnactual plating tank as an example, the theoretical calculationrnand selection of key components such as pipeline, pump, andrncooling tubes were explained in details.%镀硬铬的温度控制很重要.设计了一套镀铬槽液的冷却系统,该冷却系统的主要工作原理是通过离心泵和止回阀的组合来启动和停止冷却水,同时交换出来的热水通过水塔自然散热.以实际镀槽为例,详细讲解了管路、泵、冷却管等关键部位的理论计算和选择.
