以某公司的升级改造为例,介绍了电解法处理集成电路引线框架电镀银废水的流程、装置和经验.%The process flow and equipments of electrolysis for treating the wastewater discharged from silver electroplating of integrated circuit leadframes were introduced with the reconstruction project in a manufacturer as example.Some experiences were described.
