无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制关键问题研究

             

摘要

Sensorless brushless DC motor(SLBLDCM)eliminated the position sensor,has been widely used because its’compact structure,high efficiency and stable performance. However,it has some technical difficulties. The first is it is difficult to get rotor position,the second is it is hard to start motor perfect,the third is the rotor position error caused by filter. In this paper,we studied the common solutions careful y and proposed a complex control system based on BACK-EMF and Error-Compensation.At the end,we verify the solutions by simulate and field test.%  无位置传感器无刷直流电机(SLBLDCM)结构紧凑,效率高,性能稳定,得到了广泛应用。但SLBLDCM的控制存在一些技术难点。一是转子位置检测难度大,二是启动难度大,三是在运行阶段换相信号往往存在相位延迟等缺点。本文为了解决这些问题,对多种方法进行了详细分析、对比,并提出了一套基于反电势低通滤波器法和相延补偿的控制方案,经仿真和实验,验证了该方案的可行性和优良性。
