基于机电一体化系统设计理论的渗透压仪研究

         

摘要

渗透压仪在医药、卫生领域应用十分广泛。目前,常用的渗透压仪大多结构复杂、价格昂贵、检测效率和精度低。鉴于此,文章提出了一种基于机电一体化设计理论的新型渗透压测试仪器,重点介绍了该仪器的原理、实现方案及功能特点。该仪器具有体积小、精度高、检测速度快等优点。另外,仪器设有数据传输接口,方便数据的分析与综合利用。%Osmotic pressure meter is widely used in medicine,health. At present,the most commonly used osmotic pressure meter have disadvantages of complex structure,high cost, low precision and efficiency. To solve these problems,we propose a novel osmotic pressure test instrument in the paper,which is designed by mechanotronics theory. Meanwhile,the principle,the realization scheme and functional characteristics of the system are introduced in the paper. The instrument has the advantages of smal size,high accuracy,fast detection speed etc. In addition,the apparatus is designed with a data transmission interface,convenient data analysis and comprehensive utilization.
