基于加速度计的测斜仪误差分析

摘要

This paper introduces the principle of accelerometer inclinometer and builds the error model on analysis of error sources in detail.Simulation show that the model of inclinometer based on accelerometer.This model can provide the reference basis for Choice of Sensors and further Error Analysis.%由于测斜仪测量精度受到加速度计零偏、灵敏度误差和随机噪声等误差源的影响，本文进行了测斜误差机理分析与建模。在此基础上进行了数值仿真分析。结果表明各轴向加速度测量精度对测斜姿态解算影响不同，误差间也呈现出一定的对称关系。本文所采用的误差建模及分析方法对测斜仪传感器的选型以及测斜仪精度的提高具有一定的参考。
