航空维修企业精益化管理中的质量保障探讨

Lean management is a modern enterprise cost control and effective management tools,advanced domestic and foreign enterprises from the practice of lean management,access to the huge economic,brand beneifts.Aviation business is a high-investment,low-return industry,more suited to the promotion of lean management methods.Article aviation maintenance companies implementing lean management,lean optimization process quality assurance issues are described,on the appeal of the"waste"and"safe redundancy"problem"time to repair effectiveness",etc.,with a strong guiding signiifcance.%精益化管理是现代企业成本控制的有效管理手段，国内外先进的企业从精益管理的实践中，获得了巨大的经济、品牌效益。航空企业是一个高投入、低回报的行业，更加适合于精益管理方法的推广。文章对航空维修企业实施精益管理、精益优化过程中的质量保障课题进行了阐述，论诉了“浪费”与“安全冗余”、“维修时间效益”等方面的问题，具有较强的指导意义。
