红外系统变倍机构研究与分析

         

摘要

Since infrared (IR) system has some advantages such as good image qualilty, high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), strong anti-jamming ability and long distance detection, it has found a wide application in a lot of areas. When the IR system is used for target search and detection, there is an increasing demand for multiple FOVs or zoom lens optical system. One method is changing two or more lens's location in order to change focal length in optical system. Based on the mechanical design, the configuration, working mode and design of the several varifocal mechanisms are introduced in detail. The applicable range, advantages and disadvantages of them are given, which may supply a reference for engineering design of the infrared thermal imager.%红外系统具有成像质量好、探测灵敏度高、信噪比高、抗干扰能力强以及探测距离远等优点,在军事、民用等各个领域得到广泛应用.红外系统对目标进行搜索与探测时,对多视场或连续变焦光学系统的需求日益增强,其中一个措施就是改变两个或两个以上透镜在光学系统中的位置,从而改变光学系统的焦距.从机械设计的角度出发,对几种变倍机构的构型、工作方式及设计要点进行较详细的说明,给出其各自的适用范围和优缺点,为红外热像仪的工程设计提供参考和依据.
