汽车行驶记录仪的质量检测和管理

摘要

The daily traffic and logistics is very busy in modern society, after installing vehicle traveling data recorder, we can trace actual motion of the vehicle precisely, meanwhile record the relevant surveillance data. So the optimization of dispatch management and reduction of operational costs can be achieved, vehicle traveling data recorder also provides in time alarm of accident prevention, on the road supervision and law enforcement assistance and also accident analysis. After the tests and supervision inspection in the past few years, we found that some problems occurred in the current products and management. In this article, we made some suggestions to increase quality of the products, strengthen the management by testing the products and by analyzing the results. We aimed to block the leak, make the product quality more stable, increase the reliability and safety.%现代社会交通繁忙，物流发达，安装汽车行驶记录仪后，能真实、准确反映车辆运行中的实际状况，记录相关的监控数据。可以达到优化调度管理，降低运营成本，及时提醒、防止事故和用于路面的监督执法及事故分析。但是通过几年的检测和监督抽查工作，发现现在产品和管理上还存在问题。本文通过对产品质量检测和原因分析，提出了该产品的质量提升和加强管理的一些方法，以便堵塞漏洞，使该产品的质量能够比较稳定，提高可靠性和安全性。
