侵彻混凝土的三维测试系统设计研究

     

摘要

It is very different that because projectile of the initial yaw and penetration target tilt, inclined penetration makes the mutilate process and penetration depth etc and vertical penetration.In order to test the penetration of process parameters, resistance to high impact uniaxial acceleration sensor can't meet the test requirements. In this paper theCPLD device XCR3064 is used as the core controlling chip with the joint function of the ADC, controUerthe FRAM and the Power management module controller working. The design of three-axis acceleration test system can not only records the body emission, and flight accderation, but also can measure each axial acceleration value in the target penetration process. The measured to reducing acceleration can provide reliable and valuable data for analysing the penetration speed, deep and invaded the numerical simulation.%现场试验时,由于弹体的初始偏航以及侵彻靶体面的倾斜,使得破坏过程和侵彻深度等参数与垂直侵彻有很大的区别。为了测试斜侵彻过程的参数,抗高冲击单轴加速度传感器已经不能满足测试要求。本文基于CPLD器件XCR3064为核心处理芯片;结#ADC、铁电存储控制器、电源管理模块,设计了三维加速度测试系统,不仅可以记录弹体发射、飞行时的加速度,还可测得着靶侵彻过程中各个轴向的加速度值。实测到的减加速度,为分析侵彻速度、侵深和数值模拟提供可靠,有价值的数据。
