Automatic neighbor relation(ANR)function is the key technologyof LTE system in the 3GPPprotocol,and this function plays an irreplaceable role in cutting down the workload of network optimization engineer,reducing the costs of operation and maintenance and in some other aspects.The user equipment(UE)with ANR function can measure the surroundingcell environment,and according to the measurement report,eNB can update the NRT fast and efficientlywith the limit of system reference threshold,so it can ensure the handover efficiency of UE.The experimental results show that ANR algorithm can run network planning and optimization and maintenance workload while remission,without damaging service performance communication system compared to a fixed NRT.%在3GPP协议中,自动邻区关系(ANR)功能是LTE系统的关键技术,其在减少网规网优工程师的工作量、降低运维成本等方面有着不可替代的作用。通过具备ANR功能的用户终端(UE)对周边的小区环境进行测量,基站(eNB)可以根据UE上报的测量报告,在系统参考门限的限定下,快速高效的更新邻区关系表(NRT),从而保证UE的切换效率。实验结果表明,与固定邻区关系相比,ANR算法可以在减少网规网优与运行维护的工作量的同时,不损坏通信系统的服务性能。
