水电站进水口清污机水下污物检测系统的开发

摘要

In order to provide the basic situation of dirt under water for user,designed and completed the dirt detect system under water,which measure water dirt distance by ultrasonic probe launch ultrasonic guidance,guide efficient work of cleaning machine.The system mainly includes the design of hardware circuit and software program design.DSP2812 is the core of the circuit system,through the HMI DMT80600S080_03WT which is produced by Diwen Company.user control the DSP through HMI and the Transmitting and receiving of the ultrasound,get the data by AD and calculate the distance of the hinder underwater through the data, then send back to the user and direct the clean working of user.%为了给用户提供水下污物的基本情况，设计并完成了用于水电站进水口清污机的水下污物超声检测系统，通过超声探头发射超声波测出水下污物的距离，指导清污机高效工作。系统主要包括硬件电路设计和软件程序设计。系统硬件以DSP2812为核心，使用迪文公司生产的DMT80600S080_03WT触摸屏。用户通过触摸屏控制DSP，进而控制超声发射和接受，然后通过AD采样得到数据，通过相应的数据计算得出水下污物的距离，反馈给用户，指导用户的清污工作。
