The present invention relates to an underwater sediment sludge collection net and an underwater sediment sludge collection apparatus. According to the present invention, sludge fixing to an inner wall surface of the collection net is prevented and water discharge is facilitated when water contained in underwater sediment sludge flowing into the underwater sediment sludge collection net that is disposed for an open portion to be exposed on a water surface is gradually discharged from the collection net because of self-weight consolidation and water pressure difference. The underwater sediment sludge collection net according to the present invention includes: a sack-shaped filter cloth that has the open portion; and a supporting body that is provided outside the filter cloth and maintains the shape of the filter cloth.
