基于VNA的铁磁共振参数测量方法研究

摘要

A method to measure ferromagnetic resonance ( FMR) parameter based on vector network analyzer is presented, and the development of the coplanar waveguide and the magnetic field generator as well as the programs for data collection and data analysis are described in detail.The proposed program using normalized Lorenz function as fitting function to describe ferromagnetic resonance curves has greatly improved the repeatability and traceability of the measurement results.%提出一种基于矢量网络分析仪(VNA）的铁磁共振参数测量方法，详细地描述了共面波导和磁场发生器的研制，数据采集以及数据分析的方案。提出的用归一化洛伦茨函数拟合来描述铁磁共振曲线的方案，大大提高了测量结果的重复性和测量结果的溯源性。
