社区老年女性慢性肾病透析患者的健康指导

Objective to investigate the health guidance is applied in community elderly women the effect of dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease.Methods select 56 cases community elderly women dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease health education intervention, the SCL - 90 scale and health belief questionnaire, the questionnaire survey to compare before and after intervention in patients with SCL- 90 factors and health beliefs survey results.Results after the intervention, guidance in patients with SCL -90 factors significantly lower than before the intervention, psychological stress and psychological barriers significantly alleviate, statistically significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion health guidance is applied to the community elderly female patients with chronic kidney dialysis, can significantly improve the patients' psychological stress, quality of life and survival ability, has the positive value of clinical use.%目的：探讨健康指导应用于社区老年女性慢性肾病透析患者的效果。方法：选取56例社区老年女性慢性肾病透析患者进行健康指导干预，采用SCL-90量表及健康信念调查表进行问卷调查，比较干预前后患者SCL-90因子分和健康信念调查结果情况。结果：健康指导干预后，患者的SCL-90因子分显著低于干预前，心理压力及心理障碍明显缓解，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：健康指导应用于社区老年女性慢性肾病透析患者，可显著改善患者的心理压力、生活质量和生存能力，具有积极的临床使用价值。
