Objective To observe the analysis of the curative effect of progestin membrane treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and security.Methods The study of department of gynaecology treated by dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients with a total of 60 cases as the research object, follow the principle of digital random table group, 30 cases as control group, 30 cases of treatment group. The control group used estrogen therapy, the treatment group used progestin membrane treatment. Compare the clinical curative effect and drug safety. Results The total effective rate in treatment group patients clinical curative effect of 90.00% (27/30), signifi cantly higher than the control group, the incidence of drug adverse reactions during only 13.33% (4/30), signifi cantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Progesterone membrane treatment dysfunctional uterine bleeding has exact curative effect, and drug adverse reactions during less, safe and reliable, and is worthy of popularization and application.%目的 观察黄体酮膜治疗功能失调性子宫出血的疗效和安全性.方法 本次研究中选取妇科收治的功能失调性子宫出血患者60例作为研究对象,遵循数字随机表原则分为对照组和治疗组,各30例.对照组应用雌激素治疗,治疗组应用黄体酮膜治疗.对比两组患者疗效以及用药安全性.结果 治疗组患者总有效率达90.00%(27/30),明显高于对照组,用药期间不良反应发生率仅为13.33%(4/30),明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 黄体酮膜治疗功能失调性子宫出血具有确切疗效,且用药期间不良反应少,安全可靠,值得推广应用.
