浅谈妇产科护理工作压力与解决办法

         

摘要

Objective To analyze the obstetrics and gynecology nursing work, nursing staff under pressure, and put forward the corresponding solution. Methods Investigation was performed in Department of gynecology and obstetrics nursing staff, to withstand the pressure of their work to carry on the analysis, summarizes the factors of stress. Based on these factors are formulated to reduce the pressure of management style and create a comfortable working conditions. The nursing staff in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology were randomly divided into two groups, experimental group and control group. The experimental group adopted the aforementionedmanagement methods and working environment, while the control group adopted conventional management modeand working environment, after two months of investigation and detection of two groups. Results The experimental group nurses pressure was significantly reduced, the work efficiency is improved significantly. While the control group pressure is relatively high, the work efficiency of the general. Conclusion Nurses in Department of gynecology and obstetrics under a lot of stress in the work process, as a result of these pressures lead to nursing staff in mind and body fatigue, low work efficiency.%目的:分析妇产科护理工作中,护理人员承受的压力,并提出相应的解决办法。方法对妇产科护理人员进行调查,对她们工作中承受的压力进行分析,总结造成压力的因素。并根据这些因素制定减少压力的管理方式和创造舒适的工作条件。将我院妇产科护理人员进行随机分组,实验组和对照组。实验组采取前面提及的管理方式以及工作环境,而对照组采取常规的管理方式和工作环境,两个月后对两组进行调查和检测。结果实验组护理人员压力明显降低,工作效率有了显著提高。而对照组压力比较高,工作效率一般。结论妇产科护理人员在工作过程中承受许多压力,由于这些压力导致护理人员心里和身体出现疲劳,工作效率低。
