目的：对产前护理在妊娠高血压综合征产妇中的护理疗效进行探讨。方法将我院收治的80例妊娠高血压综合征产妇按照患者住院尾号的偶数将其分为对照组和研究组，各40例，分别给予常规护理和产前护理干预，护理后，对比护理效果。结果研究组产妇的焦虑评分较对照组低（P＜0.05）；研究组产妇的并发症率较对照组低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在妊娠高血压综合征产妇中应用产前护理，能够缓解患者的焦虑症状，并降低并发症率。%Objective To prenatal care in the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in parturients with pregnancy induced hypertension werediscussed. Methods In our hospital 80 cases of parturient with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome patients hospitalized in accordance with tail number even will be divided into the study group and the control group, each group had 40 cases, given routine care and prenatal care after nursing intervention, respectively, compare the effect of nursing. Results The study group of maternal anxiety score was lower than that in control group (P<0.05);the study group maternal complication rate was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The comprehensive application of maternalprenatal care in pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome, can alleviate the patient’s anxiety symptoms, and reduce the complication rate.
