人性化管理在妇科护理中的应用效果分析与体会

     

摘要

目的:分析人性化管理模式应用于妇科护理中的效果。方法选取2014年9月~2015年9月我院妇产科收治的患者84例作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各42例。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础实施人性化护理管理,观察两组患者护理效果与患者满意度。结果护理后,观察组患者护理的总有效率与护理满意度均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化管理模式应用于妇产科临床护理中效果显著,值得在临床上推广和应用。%Objective To analyze clinical effect of humanized management mode applied in gynecological care. Methods During the period of September 2014-September 2015,treated patients,84 cases of obstetrics and gynecology hospital,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,42 cases,control group routine nursing management,observation group of patients on the basis of conventional nursing implementation of humanization nursing management,nursing effect and the observed two groups of patients satisfaction. Results After nursing, nursing the total effective rate of observation group patients and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The model of humanized management in clinical nursing in obstetrics and gynecology effect is remarkable,is worth in clinical promotion and application.
