Objective To analyze the effect of standardized treatment on pregnancy outcome in patients with pregnancy complicated with diabetes. Methods Selected in our hospital in 2014 from May to December 2015 of pregnancy associated with diabetes in 136 cases as the object of study, were randomly divided into study group and control group, 68 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated by the conservative treatment, the study group of standardized treatment, compared two groups of patients after the dominant diabetes, pregnancy complications, the incidence of neonatal birth outcomes. Results After treatment, the study group compared to overt diabetes, pregnancy related and birth outcomes with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of pregnancy complicated with diabetes, standardized treatment, the effect is significant, it is worth promoting.%目的：分析妊娠合并糖尿病规范化治疗对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院2014年5月～2015年12月收治的妊娠合并糖尿病患者136例作为研究对象，随机分为研究组与对照组，各68例，对照组进行保守治疗，研究组进行规范化治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的显性糖尿病、妊娠期并发症发生率、新生儿出生结局等指标。结果治疗后，研究组的显性糖尿病、妊娠相关情况、新生儿出生结局等指标与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对妊娠合并糖尿病患者采用规范化治疗，效果显著，值得推广。
