乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗孕期细菌性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of the treatment of bacterial vaginal disease in pregnancy by the capsule of the Yin Hua capsule (Lactobacillus).Methods 80 cases of bacterial vaginal disease were selected, and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.40 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group for vagina Yan Hua capsules treatment,control group was treated with clindamycin phosphate gel treatment,and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups of vaginal microecology (hydrogen peroxide),recurrence rate.Restults The total effective rate was 87.5% in the experimental group, 90% in the control group, the difference was not signifi cant (P>0.05). The positive of Hydrogen peroxide testrate of the experimental group and the control group were signifi cantly different (P<0.05). And the recurrence rate of the experimental group was signifi cantly lower than the control group (29.7%), the difference was signifi cant (P<0.05).Conclusion An Hua capsule in the treatment of bacterial vaginal disease is a clinical effi cacy of the treatment method, can be used as an alternative. It is the main medicine because of low recurrence rate.It is worth clinical promotion and application.%目的：探讨乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗孕期细菌性阴道疾病的疗效。方法选取2014年3月～2015年10月我院收治的细菌性阴道疾病的患者80例作为研究对象，将其随机分为实验组患者和对照组患者，各40例。均为要求终止妊娠的孕妇。实验组患者患者阴道用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗，对照组患者患者用克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗，观察比较两组的疗效及阴道微生态（过氧化氢），复发率。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率87.5%，高于对照组的90.0%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。实验组患者与对照组患者治疗后的过氧化氢试验阳性率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组患者患者治疗复发率为13.5%，低于对照组的29.7%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论乳酸菌阴道胶囊与克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗细菌性阴道疾病疗效相仿，是一种疗效确切的治疗方法，可作为一种替代性主选药物，治愈复发率低，值得推广应用。
