奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液对预防老年患者新的脑梗塞形成的疗效观察

摘要

Objective: To analyze ozagrel joint Danhong injection for the prevention of recurrence of cerebral infarction in elderly patients results.Methods between January 2009 to December 2013 in my clinic treated 84 cases of newly diagnosed elderly patients with cerebral infarction as research subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Both groups underwent conventional treatment of cerebral infarction, on the basis of the control group underwent Danhong injection therapy 14 d, combined with the observation group ozagrel and Danhong injection 14 d. After the patient was discharged, the line for at least three years of follow-up, continuous application Danhong injection and (or) ozagrel. After 3 years of treatment groups were statistical NIHSS score, BI index score, compared to cerebral infarction recurrence and mortality.Resultsobservation group last statistics show, NIHSS score (9.33 ± 3.71) points, BI score (62.04 ± 7.25) points, were signiifcantly better than the control group (11.28 ± 3.34) points, BI score (50.37 ± 6.52) min; observation group recurrence of cerebral infarction in 5 patients (11.9%), 2 cases (4.8%) died, signiifcantly less (42.9%) and 8 cases (19.0%) in the control group 18 cases. These differences were statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusionozagrel joint Danhong injection for the prevention of cerebral infarction in elderly patients newly forming effect is signiifcant, it is worth promoting.%目的：分析奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液对预防老年患者脑梗塞再发的效果。方法：选择2009年1月至月-2013年12月间于我卫生所接受治疗的84例初发老年脑梗塞患者作为研究对象，随机均分为观察组与对照组。两组均行脑梗塞常规治疗，在此基础上对照组行丹红注射液治疗14 d，观察组联用奥扎格雷钠与丹红注射液14 d。患者出院后，行至少3年随诊，持续应用丹红注射液及(或)奥扎格雷钠。统计治疗3年后两组患者NIHSS评分、BI指数评分，对比脑梗塞再发及死亡率。结果：观察组末次统计显示，NIHSS评分(9.33±3.71)分，BI评分(62.04±7.25)分，均显著性优于对照组(11.28±3.34)分，BI评分(50.37±6.52)分；观察组再发脑梗死5例(11.9%)，死亡2例(4.8%)，显著性少于对照组18例(42.9%)和8例(19.0%)。上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：奥扎格雷钠联合丹红注射液对预防老年患者新的脑梗塞形成效果显著，值得推广。
