心理护理在ICU病房的应用体会

摘要

Objective To observe the application effect of psychological nursing in ICU ward. Methods Collected in 2014 January to 2015 January in our hospital 72 cases using ICU ward, randomly divided into two groups. A total of 36 cases of the control group, the implementation of routine nursing; the experimental group psychological nursing care given on the basis of this, a total of 36 cases. Observation of nursing effect of the two groups, and a comparative analysis.Results The experimental group psychological score higher (P<0.05), high satisfaction (P<0.05), signiifcant difference.Conclusion The psychological nursing in the ICU ward nursing application effect is good, worthy of promotion.%目的：观察心理护理在ICU病房的应用效果。方法搜集2014年1月～2015年1月我院ICU病房72例患者，采用数字随机法将其分成两组。对照组36例，实施常规护理；实验组36例，在此基础上给予心理护理。观察两组护理效果，并比较分析。结果实验组心理评分较高，满意度较高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论心理护理在ICU病房护理中应用效果佳，值得推广。
