中西医结合临床路径治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效评价

摘要

目的：中西医结合临床路径治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效评价。方法选取我院收治的股骨颈骨折患者70例，将其随机分为对照组和研究组，给予对照组患者常规手术治疗，研究组则在对照组基础上实施中医辨证施治，评价两组患者的疗效。结果研究组住院天数、骨折愈合时间及优良率等，与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合临床路径治疗股骨颈骨折的疗效较为显著，值得在临床上推广应用。%ObjectiveTo combine traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical pathway curative effect evaluation for the treatment of femoral neck fracture.MethodsChoose 70 cases of femoral neck fracture patients of our hospital and divided into two groups, control group patients' routine surgery, the team is in the control group on the basis of the implementation of evidence-based medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, evaluating the effect of two groups of treatment.ResultsThe group hospitalization days, fracture healing time and the ifne rate and so on, compared with the control group there is statistical signiifcance difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe curative effect of combined with the clinical pathway of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of femoral neck fracture is signiifcant, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
