切开复位内固定术治疗跟骨骨折的临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨切开复位内固定术治疗跟骨骨折的疗效，并进行分析。方法选取2012年3月～2014年12月我院收治的跟骨骨折患者64例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，各32例，对照组采用普通的手术进行治疗，治疗组则是采用切开复位内固定术进行治疗，观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗组患者经过治疗后，优良率为100%。对照组经过治疗后的优良率为68.75%。两组患者的疗效比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论切开复位内固定术治疗跟骨骨折的疗效要比传统手术治疗的疗效好，值得推广使用。%ObjectiveTo investigate the incision and internal ifxation of calcaneal fractures clinical results, and analysis.MethodsMarch 2012 calcaneal fracture during a December 2014 in our hospital treated 64 patients were randomly divided into a control group and the treatment group, 32 cases in the control group using conventional surgical treatment, treatment group is the use of open reduction and internal ifxation for treatment, observation and treatment of patients in the two groups.ResultsThe treatment group of 32 patients, after treatment, good rate of 100%. After excellent control group was 68.75% after treatment. Treatment outcome groups were obvious difference was statistically signiifcant.ConclusionOpen reduction and internal ifxation of calcaneal fractures clinical effects than traditional treatment effect, should be introduced.
