急性心肌梗死后心律失常的发生时间及护理

摘要

目的 探讨急性心肌梗死后心律失常的主要发生时间和临床护理要点.方法 选取在我院接受急性心肌梗死治疗的46例患者为研究对象,对患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计各时间段急性心肌梗死后心律失常的发生时间.结果 急性心肌梗死后心律失常多发生于早晨5:00~下午16:00,在下午17:00~早晨4:00一般较少发生.结论 急性心肌梗死后心律失常的发生时间具有一定的诊断性,应该在急性心肌梗死后心律失常容易发生的时间段应该加强护理,减少意外事故的发生.%Objective To investigate the time and clinical care points mainly occurs after acute myocardial infarction arrhythmias.Methods Of patients in our hospital with acute myocardial infarction treated 46 cases for the study of clinical data were retrospectively analyzed statistics of the period after acute myocardial infarction arrhythmias occurred.
