Objective To observe the effect of clinical nursing pathway in lung cancer operation around the application effect of perioperative health education in patients with.Methods 60 cases of lung cancer operationpatients in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into control group and study group, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine health education, the research group will be the application of clinical nursing pathway in health education, situation, postoperative complications,patients' satisfaction with nursing care and health education to grasp the time of hospitalization were compared between two groups.Results The studygroup patients with health knowledge mastering and nursing satisfaction ratewas significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), the incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), the average hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of clinical nursing pathway in perioperative health education for patients with lung canceroperation in significantly improve education effects and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, shorten the recovery time of the patients, the higher the value of clinical application.%目的 观察临床护理路径在肺癌手术患者围术期健康教育中的应用效果.方法 以我院收治的60例肺癌手术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组,各30例.对照组行常规健康教育,研究组则将临床护理路径应用于健康教育中,对比两组患者健康教育知识掌握情况、术后并发症、护理满意度及住院时间.结果 研究组患者的健康知识掌握率与护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),平均住院时间则显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 将临床护理路径应用于肺癌手术患者的围术期健康教育中显著提高教育效果与护理满意度,并减少术后并发症的发生,缩短患者恢复时间,临床应用价值较高.
