腹腔镜胆囊切除手术期的健康教育及心理护理

摘要

目的：探讨腹腔镜下行胆囊切除术，手术期对患者实施健康教育及心理护理，对术后康复的重要影响。方法术前对患者进行心理护理，使患者保持最佳心理状态，做好术前各项准备。术后密切观察患者病情，注意饮食及休息，做好早期康复活动。结果通过手术期对患者实施健康教育及心理护理，减少了并发症的发生，提高了患者对护理工作的满意度。结论手术期的健康教育及心理护理对术后恢复有着至关重要的作用，缩短了住院时间，提高了患者满意度，促进了护患关系。%Objective Discussion on laparoscopic the cholecystectomy, operative implementation of health education and psychological nursing on patients, signiifcant inlfuence onpostoperative rehabilitation.Methods The patients psychological nursing before operation, enable patients to maintainthe best state of mind, good preoperative preparations.
