急诊科院前急救护理对心肌梗死患者预后的影响

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of nursing on the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction inprehospital care.Methods182 cases with myocardial infarction were randomly divided into study group 97 cases and control group 85 cases, control group patients did not implement the pre hospital emergency care, the study groupwere given active pre hospital emergency care measures, two groups were observed in patients with clinical cure rate, time of hospitalization and death.ResultsThe study group clinical cure rate is higher than that of the control group, the hospitalization time is shorter than the control group, the mortality was lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).ConclusionThe nursing measures of patients with myocardial infarction hospital ifrst aid, can signiifcantly improve the patient's condition, reduce the load on the heart, reduce heart failure and sudden cardiac death, have a positive impact on the prognosis of the patients.%目的：探讨院前急救护理对心肌梗死患者预后的影响。方法182例心肌梗死患者随机分为研究组97例和对照组85例，对照组患者未实行院前急救护理，研究组均给予积极院前急救护理措施，观察两组患者临床治愈率、住院时间及死亡情况。结果研究组临床治愈率高于对照组，住院时间短于对照组，死亡率低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对心肌梗死患者实施院前急救护理措施，可明显改善患者病情，减轻心脏负荷，减少心衰及猝死的发生，对患者预后有积极影响。
