光动力综合疗法治疗皮肤肿瘤的疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨光动力综合疗法治疗皮肤肿瘤的疗效。方法选取2015年6月～2016年4月我院收治的皮肤肿瘤患者44例，将其随机分为对照组与实验组，各22例。对照组患者采取点阵激光治疗，实验组患者采取光动力综合疗法治疗。对两组患者的疗效和不良反应情况进行记录与对比。结果实验组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗过程中均未出现严重不良反应。结论对皮肤肿瘤患者采取光动力综合疗法治疗能取得良好的疗效，可有效保持患者完整的面部容貌以及重要器官的功能，并且安全性较高，值得临床推广。%ObjectiveTo evaluate the comprehensive photodynamic therapy to treat skin tumour clinical effect.MethodsSelect our hospital of 44 patients with skin cancer, The control group, 22 patients were treated with lattice laser group adopt comprehensive photodynamic therapy to treat 22 cases of patients.ResultsThe experimental group clinical total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, P< 0.05; In the process of the two groups of patients were not severe adverse reactions.ConclusionComprehensive take photodynamic therapy in patients with skin cancer treatment can obtain good effect, can effectively keep the patients complete facial appearance and the function of important organs, and security is higher, is worth promoting.
