慢阻肺的治疗研究进展

摘要

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a chronic infl ammation of the respiratory tract caused by progress progressive airfl ow limitation incomplete, the pathogenesis of the different stages of the complex, the airways and lungs to noxious particles or gases chronic infl ammation is closely linked with enhancement, is harms human disease of public health. COPD as a kind of high morbidity and mortality rates of clinical disease, effective mitigation and treatment of diseases can signifi cantly improve the quality of life of patients, and therefore on the treatment of COPD-related research has high clinical value.%慢性阻塞性肺疾病是慢性呼吸道炎症进展造成的进行性不完全气流受限，不同阶段的发病机理复杂多变，与气道和肺对有毒颗粒或气体的慢性炎症反应增强息息相关，是目前危害人类公共卫生健康的多发病之一。慢阻肺作为一种致残率与致死率均较高的临床疾病，有效缓解与治疗疾病可显著改善患者的生存质量，因此关于慢阻肺治疗相关的研究具有较高的临床价值。
