The excess air coefficient is a key factor affecting the efficiency of the boiler, calculating the boiler efficiency according to anti balance method, establish the relation between the excess air coefficient and the combustion heat loss, through particle swarm optimization algorithm to find the excess air coefficient of the minimum combustion heat loss as the optimum excess air coefficient. Analysis of operating parameters of the actual operation of a power plant, calculated the optimum excess air coefficient under the different condition, to adjust the combustion, reducing the combustion heat loss and improving boiler efficiency.%过量空气系数是影响锅炉效率的一个关键因素,根据反平衡法计算锅炉效率,建立过量空气系数与各项燃烧热损失之间的关系,利用粒子群算法找出燃烧热损之和最小下的过量空气系数作为最佳过量空气系数。分析某电厂实际运行工况参数,计算出各工况下的最佳过量空气系数,对燃烧进行调整,达到降低燃烧热损失提高锅炉效率的目的。
