燃料气橇的先进控制系统设计与研究

         

摘要

本文选取燃料气橇为控制对象,设计了基于多变量预测函数控制算法的过程控制。选取燃料气橇供电电流以及折流板角度为被控变量,橇出口管线温度为控制变量,实现上游设备对橇出口温度的控制要求。仿真结果说明多变量控制算法具有强抗扰性以及快速收敛性等特点,能够减小燃料气橇的运行能耗及调试周期。%This paper selects the fuel gas skid as the control object,and designing the control process based on multi-variable predictive control algorithm. The model selects the power supply current as the controlled variable , and export pipeline temperature as the control variables in order to carry out the skid outlet temperature control requirements. Simulation results show that multi-variable control algorithm has strong robustness and rapid convergence characteristics, and reduce the energy consumption of fuel gas skid and debugging cycles.
