基于PROFIBUS-PA协议的现场总线智能变送器

     

摘要

基于PROFIBUS-PA协议的现场总线智能变送器采用通信模块+仪表模块的结构,二者采用UART方式通信,通过电气隔离技术,将通信模块与仪表模块实现电气隔离,提高现场总线变送器的抗干扰性能。通信模块负责与PROFIBUS主站进行数据交换,硬件设计符合IEC 61158-2规范中的现场总线物理层标准,FBC0409集成电路可实现PROFIBUS-PA的信号的调制和解调,协议栈完全通过软件实现,拥有自主知识产权。仪表模块实现对各种工业过程领域的物理信号进行采集、计算处理,并将处理好的数字变量通过UART方式传送给通信模块。通过对通信模块协议栈进行相应的修改,配合相应的仪表模块,方便组成多种类型的PROFIBUS-PA现场总线变送器产品。%PROFIBUS-PA protocol based field bus smart transmitter adopts structure of communication module + instrument module, who communicate with each other by UART; communication module and instrument module are electrically isolated by electrical isolation technology to improve anti-interference of field bus transmitter. The communication module is responsible for data exchange with PROFIBUS master station; the hardware design conforms to the field bus physical layer standard in the 61158-2 IEC ; FBC0409 integrated circuit can realize modulation and demodulation of PROFIBUS-PA signal; The protocol stack can be fully realized through software with independent intellectual property rights. The instrument module acquires, calculates and processes physical signal in various industrial processing areas, and transfers processed digital variable to communication module by UART. By modifying communication module protocol stack and equipping with corresponding instrument module, it facilitates composition of a variety of PROFIBUS-PA fieldbus transmitter products .
