煤制烯烃项目安全仪表系统评估工作的探讨

摘要

Introduced the configuration of SIS in coal to olefin project. Analyzed compliance between SIS and current standard specification. According to the analysis of the results combined with requirements of the relevant standards, in service units in SIS of assessment.Through the assessment, transformation does not conform to the requirements of the safety interlock circuit, can be reasonable, effective and the configuration of each device SIS, solve various SIS problems existing in the current device, ensure the safe and stable production of the device.%本文介绍了煤制烯烃项目SIS的配置情况，进行了SIS与现行标准规范的符合性分析。根据分析结果并结合相关标准规范要求，对在役装置的SIS进行评估。通过评估，对不符合要求的安全联锁回路进行改造，可以合理、有效、有针对性地配置各装置的SIS，解决目前装置存在的各种SIS问题,保证各装置安全平稳生产。
