堆内换料监测系统安装及拆卸方法优化

         

摘要

In-core refuelling monitoring system (RMS) in Tianwan nuclear power station(TNPS) mount detectors in vessel barrel, as supplement of source range in out-core nuclear instrument system, it is used to monitor neutron during reactor refueling. This paper introduces the RMS, contrapose the disadvantage on original mounting and dismantling method of RMS, such as the low degree of mechanization, long maintenance time, high operating risk, TNPS conducted research and optimization, and achieve good effects in application, this paper introduces the process of optimization and application effects in detail.%田湾核电站堆内换料监测系统(RMS)的探测器安装在堆芯围板中,作为堆外核测系统源量程的补充,用于堆芯换料期间中子的监测。本文对RMS系统进行简要介绍,针对俄罗斯原设计的系统安装和拆卸方法存在的问题,比如机械化程度低、占用大修主线时间长和工作风险高等,田湾核电站进行了深入研究和优化,在应用中取得了良好效果,文中对优化过程及应用效果进行了详细介绍。
