秦山核电二厂1、2号机组DCS改造中MCS控制回路的设计与实现

         

摘要

本文阐述了秦山核电一号机组DCS技术改造项目对于MCS控制及无扰切换的实现.应用北京广利核公司产品MACS6平台对原有北京和利时公司HAS2000进行替换的DCS技术改造,并与原上海Foxbro公司生产的手操器进行连接.文中介绍了上海Foxbro公司的手操器功能,MACS6平台手操器控制单元NM811+NM812+NM3811功能, MACS6平台在单独作用下如何实现内外给定的切换和遇到问题的解决方案,并重点对上海Foxbro的手操器与广利核NM811连接后,如何实现闭环控制以及无扰切换进行讨论和分析.论证了MACS6平台在秦山核电二期应用实现闭环控制的无扰切换的功能.%This paper is to describe how Qinshan Nuclear Station Project II DCS technology skill transfer nation system makes closed-loop control and bump-less switch come to operation. It uses Beijing CTEC product MACS6 platform to replace Beijjng Hollysys HAS2000 DCS system transformation, and connects to the communicator product from Shanghai Foxbro Company. This paper also introduces the functions of the communicator, MACS6 platform control unit NM811+ NM812+ NM3811, and how MACS6 platform works by itself on internal and external switch solutions, and focus on the analysis and discussion how to achieve closed- loop control and bump- less by connecting to Shanghai Foxbro communicator and Beijing CTEC NM811 product. It will demonstrate the functions application on achieving closed- loop control of the bump- less switch control on Qinshan Nuclear Power Station II MACS6 platform.
