一种基于STM32的嵌入式低功耗无线手持控制器设计

         

摘要

以用于显微注射的显微实验操作系统为平台,设计了一种基于STM32的嵌入式低功耗无线手持控制器。控制器是实验平台的人机接口,替代了平台已有的有线控制器,在原设备基础上增加了无线通讯功能和平台工作状态及参数实时显示功能,弥补了原设备连线复杂、无数据显示功能等诸多不足。针对系统需求,完成了无线手持控制器的软硬件设计。测试结果表明:无线手持控制器具有功耗低,无线通讯可靠稳定,用户界面友好简洁的特点,提高了显微实验的效率和质量,具有较高的实用价值。%This article, taking the microinjection experiment system as a platform, introduces the implementation of an embedded, low power-consumption, wireless, handheld controller based on STM32. The handheld controller developed is the replacement of the wired one, which acts as the Human Machine Interface of the experiment system. The added functions of wireless communication and real time monitoring cover the shortages of the wired controller. According to the functional requirements, the whole design procedures are illuminated in details by the architecture of the hardware and the flowchart of the software. The experimental results for the prototype verify the extremely low power-consumption, the reliable wireless communication, and the friendly user interface. The development of the controller is of great practical value, which makes considerable progress in automation and intelligence of microinjection experiments by improving both the efficiency and quality of the experiments.
