高频切机对改善频率安全的控制效果算法及评价指标研究

         

摘要

高频切机是解决孤网高频问题的有效手段。利用传统的电力系统频率控制灵敏度算法,可用于指导高频切机优化策略的下一步搜索方向,实现优化控制,避免切机负效应。但要获得每台机组切机控制的灵敏度,都要经过摄动计算,不适合在线快速决策的要求。基于EEAC频率安全量化分析理论,从高频切机对改善频率安全正反面作用角度,解释了不同机组高频切机灵敏度不同的机理,给出了高频切机实效量概念及其计算方法。提出了高频切机对频率安全控制效果的快速评价指标,通过一次仿真获得所有候选机组高频切机的控制效果排序,以实际电网为例对该方法进行阐释。%High frequency generator tripping is an effective methods to solve the problem of isolated power grid high frequency. Using traditional control sensitivity index could be a good measure to optimize the next direction of searching generator tripping strategy and avoid the negative effect. But it will be need perturbation calculation to obtain each generator tripping sensitivity, which would not suitable for online rapid decision-making requirements. Based on the EEAC frequency safety risk quantitative theory, from the standpoint of positive and negative effect of frequency generator tripping measures, the mechanism of improving frequency safety sensitivity of frequency generator tripping is expounded. The conception and calculation method of actual effect of frequency generator tripping is proposed. The fast evaluate indices of generator tripping is proposed, which could obtain all the generators priority level from once simulation. The proposed method is expounded in certain actual power grid.
