基于离散粒子群-二次规划算法的风电火电联合优化调度

             

摘要

针对风电并网联合优化调度难的问题,本文根据风电的间歇性及随机性特性,建立风电功率的输出模型,提出基于离散粒子群的风电火电机组联合优化算法.首先根据常规电力系统经济调度方法,建立含有风电机组优化问题的数学模型,引入离散粒子群算法,将机组优化调度分解为内外子层问题并进行求解.最终确定最优的启停方案,实现风电火电机组的最优调度.该算法满足电力生产安全兼顾系统运行的经济性,具备一定的有效性及可行性.%According to the wind power grid scheduling problem of joint optimization, according to the intermittent nature of wind and randomness of wind power output model, proposed joint optimization algorithm of wind turbine power based on discrete particle swarm optimization. Firstly, according to the conventional economic dispatch method of power system, the establishment of a mathematical model for the optimization problem with wind power. Discrete particle swarm algorithm, the scheduling is divided into inside and outside sub layer problem optimization unit. Ultimately determine the optimal commitment scheme to achieve optimal scheduling of wind power plant. The algorithm can satisfy the production safety of both power system economical operation, effective and feasible.
