卫星导航系统的可控旁瓣二进制偏移载波调制研究

         

摘要

全球卫星导航系统(GNSS)通过布设卫星星座为地面或空间用户提供定位和授时服务.卫星导航系统的现代化将需要采用能提供更加稳健、更好性能以及与已有信号兼容的信号调制方式.本文基于二进制偏移载波调制(BOC)技术,提出卫星导航系统的可控旁瓣二进制偏移载波调制方式,该调制以特定的脉冲波形为基础,每个脉冲波形单元由可控参数和幅度参数确定.仿真分析表明在频谱分离性能、信号的码跟踪性能以及抗多路径性能上,所提出的CSBOC调制具有与传统的BOC调制相似的基本性能,同时可实现信号特定旁瓣的功率降低,提升信号间的频谱分离和兼容性能,该信号调制可以为未来卫星信号设计提供参考.%Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) are constellations of satellites designed to provide positioning and timing information for users on Earth or in space.It is envisaged that,in the near future,new signal modulation techniques will be extensively adopted to provide more robustness,higher performance,and greater capacity than already-existing signals.A new particularly attractive modulation scheme called the Controllable Side-lobe Binary Offset Carrier (CSBOC) modulation was proposed in this paper.This new modulation family allows us to construct a new navigation signal by using a special pulse waveform with optional controllable and amplitude modulation parameters.The performance of the CSBOC modulation and Binary Offset Carrier (BOC) modulation is investigated.Simulation studies and comparisons with existing BOC modulations demonstrate better performance of the spectral separation,code tracking and resisted multipath of the proposed CSBOC modulation.The proposed modulation family can provide potential opportunities for future GNSS signal design.
