基于Zigbee无线网络通信技术的油气水井监控管系统

     

摘要

Condition monitoring of oil and gas Wells is one of the important safeguards of oil field safety in production. Based on the Internet of things technology in the oil field and embedded technology , we put forward using Zigbee wireless local area network and DTU module to build a wireless data acquisition and transmission network, with ARM9 embedded computer as the core unit, using the OSGi and REST for dynamic hotplug of PC soft gateway , on this account we complete monitoring system of the whole oil and gas Wells. At present, we have implemented the system prototype, through the field experiment shows that this system has stable performance , and all indicators are up to par.%油气水井状态监测是油田现场安全生产的重要保障措施之一.本文基于油田物联网技术和嵌入式技术,提出利用Zigbee无线局域网络和DTU模块搭建无线数据采集与传输网络,以ARM9嵌入式计算机为核心单元,采用OSGi和REST实现动态热插拔上位机软网关设计,以此来完成油气水井监控系统的整体构建.目前该系统原型机已经实现,通过现场实验表明,本系统性能稳定,各项指标均达到要求.
