基于水流发电的自充电式电动阀门设计

         

摘要

为解决现存智能灌溉系统中电磁阀在条件恶劣环境下的使时的局限性[1],按照现有灌溉系统的架构进行分析,研制了基于水流发电的自充电式电动阀门[2-3].水流冲击水力发电机叶片发电,为阀门电池充电,工作时电池作为电源驱动电机,电机带动导槽体运动,实现控制先导阀腔体充水和放水以控制阀门的开闭功能.实现了一个电机对阀门开/关的控制[4-6].大大节省了阀门控制的能量消耗,提高了现代智能灌溉系统的广泛推广,对水资源的宝贵利用提供了一个有效途径[7-13].%In order to solve the limitation of the use of the electromagnetic valve in the harsh environment of the existing intelligent irrigation system,according to the structure and analysis of the existing irrigation system,the self-charging electric valve based on the water power generation. The water flow impinges on the hydrodynamic generator blades to generate electricity for the battery of the valve. When working,the battery drives the motor as a power source. The motor drives the guide body movement to control the opening and closing functions of the valve chamber.To achieve a motor on the valve on and off control. Greatly saving the energy consumption of the valve control,improve the modern intelligent irrigation system is widely promoted,the valuable use of water resources provides a way.
