基于半导体制冷技术的空调座椅系统设计

             

摘要

针对乘车人员对汽车座椅的舒适度的要求,结合国内外对汽车座椅舒适性的研究现状,提出了通过在汽车座椅中加入运用了热电效应的和空气调温装置风道等技术的基于半导体的空调座椅系统设计.文中先简要介绍了半导体制冷/制热片工作原理,后详细阐述了空调座椅的调温装置设计,最后进行了该系统的工作效应分析.通过效应分析验证,该系统能达到预期目标,提升乘客乘坐舒适性,具有较好的推广价值.%The passengers on the car seat comfort requirements,the combination of domestic and foreign research status of the comfort of the car seat,the car seat is proposed by adding the use of air conditioning system based on the design of seat of semiconductor thermoelectric effect and air duct temperature regulating device technology. This paper first introduces the semiconductor refrigeration/heating plate work principle,after detailed design temperature regulating device of air conditioner seat, finally analyzed the effect of the system. Through the analysis of the effect,the system can achieve the expected goal,improve the ride comfort of passengers,and has a good value for promotion.
